HISTORY - The Prazsky Krysarik, or Prague Ratter, is a rare breed with a history dating back to the 8th century. Originating in the Czech Republic, these dogs were once cherished by nobility & royalty, often gifted to foreign rulers as symbols of diplomacy & friendship. Initially favoured for their elegance & agility in royal courts, Prague Ratters later became popular among commoners for their rat-hunting skills.
TEMPERAMENT - Known for their intelligence, ease of training, and affectionate nature, Prague Ratters are agile, quick, & display natural nobility. They are slightly reserved with strangers but incredibly loyal & friendly within their families, thriving on human companionship & involvement in daily life. Gentle, curious, and loving, they are ideal companions for all ages.

Our current litter was born 10/9/24 and bubs are due to go on to their forever homes towards the end of November. All pups leave us health checked, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed every 2 weeks from birth and registered with DOGS N.S.W. and come with puppy packs, an ongoing supply of food and info. folders re care and nutrition and relevant paperwork.
