Karakia genetically tests all breeding dogs. Currently all breeding stock are clear of genetic diseases that can be tested for.

We have always had a little pug or 2 as pets since we began with dogs in 2010. They are such a fun and enjoyable breed. We introduced our 1st pedigree, a black bitch imported from New Zealand in late 2018, and then introduced a fawn boy Oslo in 2019. He has since retired. In 2022, Ruby, a fawn daughter of Oslo, joined our family who is adored by our daughters.

Our puggies are all inside and part of our family, as all pugs should be, and each have their own place on the couch watching tv with us.

All puppies are raised inside, under foot and well socialised and started potty training prior to leaving for new homes.

We breed and show mini long haired dachshunds because we love the breed and they are known for their quiet, calm temperaments and very soft luxurious coats.
